'enable local MPC server'  opened a pop up saying I was on a Starter plan.  I followed the link and bought a Professional Full Seat but the same pop up come up when I try 'enable local MPC server'

I understand you're seeing a message saying you're on the Starter plan when trying to enable the MPC Server, even after upgrading to a Professional Full Seat.

 

I took a look and it seems you have access to two different teams — one on the Professional plan and another on the Starter plan.

Could you please double-check that the file you're trying to use the MPC server with is located in your Professional team? You can switch between teams from your file browser. Here's a quick guide on how to do that: Guide to the file browser > Your side bar > Team
