I would like to report a bug we are experiencing in a Figma team project related to published components.
We are seeing deleted icons and buttons reappear in our files after components have been published. Even after removing these elements and confirming the changes, they continue to show up again across the team project. This creates confusion and inconsistency when designing and collaborating, especially when multiple team members are working on the same components.
Issue summary:

We have tried refreshing files and checking library updates, but the issue persists.
