Hi Figma Support Team,
I’m reaching out regarding a billing issue with my account.
In October, I availed a Collaborator seat and paid for that seat type. However, my November invoice is charging me for a Full/Editor seat, which I did not request or upgrade to.
Because of this incorrect charge, the invoice is now marked as overdue, and the system won’t allow me to update or downgrade my seat to the correct Collaborator role.
Could you please:

Correct the November invoice to reflect the Collaborator seat I availed in October,

Adjust the billing accordingly, and
-
Unlock my seat settings so I can manage them normally?
I’ve already paid for the correct seat type, so I would really appreciate your help resolving this billing error.
