After I restarted my computer yesterday, the client could not be opened. I have a Windows computer and the web version is OK, but it cannot be opened even if I reinstall it.

Just to clarify a bit:

  • Are you having trouble opening the Figma desktop app itself, or is it that a specific file won’t open?

  • You mentioned the web version works fine — is the figma file loading normally there?

  • And does this happen with all files, or just one in particular?

If possible it would be helpful, if you’re able to share a screen recording with me. Really appreciate your patience, and we’ll do our best to get this sorted for you quickly!

Figma desktop app cannot be opened, nothing happens when I click on it. But the web version can be opened. The network is normal

I saw it in the debug folder. Is this the problem? I haven't entered figma for a long time.😭
