I have the problem that we are connected to a customer's project. Unfortunately, however, only 0 members are displayed in the team. But several are assigned.

Whats the problem with it?

From the screenshot you provided, I can see that your plan includes a connected project named “Marketing,” and you’re experiencing an issue where no members from the external team or organization are showing in that project.

To start troubleshooting, please check the following:

  1. Has the external team’s admin approved the connection request for that connected project?

  2. Once approved, did the contact person from the external team or organization invite additional members from their their external team to the project?

If the connection has already been approved and the contact person from the external team has invited additional members but they still don’t appear,
