Urgent: Retrieve Permanently Deleted file

I want to retrieve permanently deleted Figma design file which I accidentally deleted from trash as well.

The account I have been using is a verified Educational account.

Before anything else — is there any chance you're a member of multiple teams? It may be worth checking with anyone you've collaborated with to see if they created a copy at any point.

That said, I want to be upfront: Generally, permanently deleted files can't be restored. However, I've gone ahead and opened a request on your behalf with our Product Support team, providing the link you shared. Your case number is: 1795879; they'll be able to confirm the file's status and whether recovery is possible. Please keep an eye on the inbox tied to your Figma account for their followup.

Thanks for reaching out. 
I was not a member of multiple team, it was an individual work under educational account. 

Thank you for creating the case number with me with Product Support team, will keep an eye on the inbox. Also, is there any time period I should be expecting an answer?
