Request for Invoice Adjustment Following Seat Role Change

Hi Figma Support,

We recently purchased a one-year subscription for our team. For a brief moment, we added a new user as a Full Seat, but as soon as we realized that this would generate a monthly charge, we immediately changed that user’s role back to Viewer (free).

However, the invoice amount hasn’t been updated and the $20 charge is still there, even though the user no longer occupies a paid seat.

Could you please review this and adjust the invoice accordingly?

In these cases, account holders typically make seat adjustments at the next renewal date, and that seat remains available for the rest of the current billing period — which may explain the charge you’re seeing.
