I am working in Figma Slides on a client presentation that includes videos and images. The setting controls for the videos are not working. They are there but when I click on them nothing changes.
When I first started to work on the project a week ago I noticed the settings would change but the buttons wouldn’t, so I would have to keep checking in presentation mode what setting was “on” or “off”. But now, the settings are not changing at all and neither are the buttons.
If I click “apply to all videos” the message bubble comes up that the settings have been applied, but nothing else happens.
I have submitted a ticket twice to support and they have replied yet with a fix.
Has anyone run into this issue and figured out a fix? Help! Client presentation is tomorrow!
