Love the new grid layout, but will we be able to apply variables to gap values like we can in horizontal and vertical layout?

Hello @Heath_Flohre and everyone!

Thanks for calling this out — glad you’re trying the new grid layout. You can set values for both gap and padding to get the spacing where you need it.

I checked on your question about variable bindings for grid gaps — support is coming soon.

Appreciate you raising the request. Keep an eye out for updates!

Yes. I am exciting this feature; however, it will be great if we can apply variables into grid column, row, and gap.

+1 on this. Was the first thing I noticed when using grid this week.

Also, looking forward to variables in auto layout grid spacing!
PS. How can this be “solved” if it hasn’t been done yet? 😀
