Hello, I tried to emulate the tutorial in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=URdy-ctnVkc&pp=ygUZdGluZGVyIHN3aXBlIGVmZmVjdCBmaWdtYQ%3D%3D) and create the Tinder Swipe effect but I can’t get to the same outcome.

First of all it seems like Figma recognizes only one direction which is the right.

Second the on drag features doesn’t really work, cause when I go to presentation mode it shows me the normal cursor on hover and it doesn’t really allow me to drag the element but it feels like as the interaction is triggered when I tap.

Here’s my file: https://www.figma.com/design/QiEXyWvXTql5x5SbdWOfGz/🚀-Innovation-Match---Interactive-Prototype?node-id=0%3A1&t=P6Rh3sqUD09bkLLB-1

Hi @Massimo_Muntoni, Thanks for reaching out and for sharing your file with us. It’s great to see your work!

I noticed that the YouTube creator you referenced has shared their design file with our community here: Tinder Swipe with Interactive Components

If you’re not achieving the same outcome, this could be a great reference for you to compare with your own design file.

If you haven’t had a chance to check it out yet, I highly recommend taking a look first. It might provide some valuable insights!

If the above does not solve the problem, could you please tell us more?

Regarding the issue you mentioned, I noticed that your file includes “Swipable cards” and a “Card” component. Are these components not behaving as you expected?

For the first one, you mentioned “recognize only one direction”. Could you elaborate on that? From your presentation, it appears that the cards can be swiped both right and left.

As for the second issue, are you saying that you set up the interaction to trigger On drag, but it seems to trigger On click/tap instead?

If that’s the case, could you please specify which object is behaving this way and possibly share a recording or screenshot of the related prototype settings?

Hope to hear from you soon. Please let us know if I’ve misunderstood anything.

Also, if anyone from our community has any suggestions or insights, feel free to chime in!

Thanks,
