Hey guys, I’m really stressed about this, and support hasn’t gotten back to me yet. I’ve read that having a paid account should mean faster support, but no one has responded for over 30 hours.
I’m the account owner, and earlier today I discovered that a business-critical design file was deleted and subsequently removed from the trash. I’ve checked the deleted items section, but the file is no longer visible or accessible.
Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?
This file is essential to an active client project, and the deletion appears to have happened recently.
