Question

New Font Available Notification keeps popping up - how do I get rid of to

Everytime I leave Figma window to go to another window, I get this “New available font: Raleway” notifications. Why is this happening? How do i turn it off?

    Same bug happening to me - incredibly annoying. It keeps popping up over and over. Tried quitting Figma and restarting but it didn’t help.

    Figma Desktop App - Mac OS 15.3.1 on M1 MacBook Pro.

      Same here. When I switch back to Figma, whenever I paste an image, etc. Please give us the option to disable the popups.

                    Hey All, sorry to hear that you’re still having issues with this! 

                    The team thinks there may have been a recent regression. Are you able to provide a copy of the font as well as your font_cache.json for our technical quality team here? https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new 

                    They need this info in order to debug and fix. We appreciate your cooperation and patience.

                    Hi there! 

                    I’ve got the same problem, solved it by clearing Figma app cache. 
                    You can do this by clicking on Help - Troubleshooting - Clear Cache and Restart.
