Everytime I leave Figma window to go to another window, I get this “New available font: Raleway” notifications. Why is this happening? How do i turn it off?
macOS version 15.5 Beta (24F5068b)

Thanks
I’m experiencing the same issue. If it would help, feel free to schedule a meeting with your team—I’m happy to discuss it. Screenshot attached.

Same here….
It started today with the release of features announced at Figma Config 2025.

This notification for a new font available keeps showing up every single time, over and over again. Every time I switch windows and get back to Figma, it shows again. On the browser, on the app.
This is driving me insane! Please, can someone help me get rid of this? I tried searching for this font to install and nothing shows up for this name

Exactly the same thing is happening for me :( the same DecoType default system font
Yes! Started happening for me today. it is literally impossible to work. Keeps popping up every few seconds. Please, Figma, save us :D
+1

Thanks! I haven’t scheduled because resetting cache in the native app fixed my issue everywhere.
To clear the Figma desktop app cache on Mac, you can either use the Terminal app or navigate through the File menu. Here's how to do it:
Using Terminal:
- Close the Figma app: Ensure the Figma desktop app is fully closed before proceeding.
- Open Terminal: Launch the Terminal application (found in Applications > Utilities).
- Enter the command: Type the following command into Terminal and press Enter:
rm -rf "$HOME/Library/Application Support/Figma/Desktop"
. - Open Figma again: Launch the Figma desktop app to see if the cache clearing has resolved any issues.
Using File Menu (Troubleshooting):
- Open Figma and go to Help: Navigate to the "Help" menu in the Figma app.
- Select Troubleshooting: Choose the "Troubleshooting" option from the Help menu.
- Clear Cache: Select "Clear Cache and Restart".
Same annoying popup here!
Reset of Figma app solved the problem.

@figma please post the correct Solution in the thread. This ist NOT the best answer or solution.

I have the same problem. Same font mentioned as well.
New available font: DecoType Nastaleeq Urdu
Hi there!
I’ve got the same problem, solved it by clearing Figma app cache.
You can do this by clicking on Help - Troubleshooting - Clear Cache and Restart.
Hope this will help you too!)🕊
This works perfectly! Thank you.
Guys, what about browsers, please? Could clearing cache help? Thanks!
Had this same problem with the “New available font: DecoType Nastaleeq Urdu” notification, it just started happening today, as far as I can tell, after having updated my macBook to macOS Sequoia 15.5 last night. I always work from the web app, and I hadn’t even opened my desktop app in many months, but pulling up the desktop app and choosing “Reset Figma and Restart” somehow still solved the issue within the web app. Thanks for the helpful screenshot,

Yes, even to fix the browser (I didn’t quite believe it until I’d tried it either), go ahead and open the desktop app, go to Help > Troubleshooting > Reset Figma and Restart. It solved the issue in my browser! I don’t understand why, but it works!
I can confirm that downloading Figma desktop app, choosing “Reset Figma and restart” solves the problem on Mac latest iOS. The notification disappeared both in Mozilla and Safari for me👍🏻
I’ve cleared my Mac’s Application Support folder completely and am still experiencing the issue in the desktop app.

Just a heads-up: doing this will reset your Settings. I didn’t realize it until after the fact—hopefully Nudge Amount was the only thing I customized. 😅
I too have been bugged by this issue for about a few months, but it’s been appearing more frequently in the past week post-Config. A `Clear Cache & Restart` has fixed it for me, at least for now.
I too am having the exact same popup, started yesterday, and happens every time I open a file or navigate between tabs.

Same crap happening
