There are a lot of intricacies when it comes to migration -- especially when we’re looking at one that would be shuffling files/resources between different team tiers.
I think you got pointed to the forum after filing a ticket. What I’m going to do is file you a new one that will get escalated review. Can you confirm the email address attached to your forum account is the one to best contact you at? Since you mentioned an enterprise organization, I wanted to check to see if there was a work/business once you’d like to receive communications with instead.
