Is a 5+ day delay normal for Billing Support response?

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing significant delays with Figma Support recently.

I submitted a support ticket on January 22 regarding a billing issue. I accidentally upgraded the wrong team to the Professional Plan and requested a subscription transfer to the correct team.

It has been 5 days (as of Jan 27), and I haven’t received any response yet. Since this involves a paid subscription, I’m quite anxious to get this resolved quickly.

Is this wait time normal these days? Or is there any other way to reach them faster?

Any advice would be appreciated.
