I sent an inquiry regarding the Education Plan by email 5 days ago, but I have not yet received a reply.

As I am a bit concerned about the next steps, I would greatly appreciate it if you could respond to ticket #1504997.

If possible, I would be very grateful if the reply could be in Japanese.
