I only purchased ONE (1) license and nothing more! I was charged for two, and I did not request any additional licenses, nothing more, I ONLY PURCHASED A SINGLE LICENSE FOR US$5, How can you simply charge me 5X more than what I purchased?

Hey @Gustavo Cabral — thanks for reaching out to Figma Forum and flagging this.

Based on the screenshot you shared, it looks like an additional Collab seat was upgraded to a Full seat, which would explain the additional charge. This resource breaks down how billing works and what can cause changes like this, along with steps to manage it going forward: There are additional charges in my Figma bill → My bill is higher than expected.

While I’m not able to access or discuss account-specific billing details here for privacy reasons, I did confirm that our Product Support team followed up earlier with more information tailored to your account. When you have a moment, please check the email associated with your Figma account for a message tied to this case: 1640738.

Hope this helps clear things up — and know that I will share your experience with the appropriate team. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hey Tom, I really hope this gets resolved, because I didn't request or approve any updates.

It was such an inconvenience and a terrible experience with Figma. I'm in Brazil and I purchased a license that would cost me R$30. Imagine the outrage of opening my credit card statement and finding a charge of almost R$200! It's impossible not to be frustrated and suspicious of the platform.

Furthermore, it will all depend on how my case is resolved, whether you will show that you are a serious company that cares about its users, or if you really don't care.

I have never contracted a platform that does "automatic updates" for pure convenience; that doesn't exist. And if that was the case and you approve it, in my eyes as a user it's nothing more than a way to make more money, and you don't care if the user/customer is "harmed" or not.
