I’m exploring ways to streamline document handling in our design workflow. Sometimes clients or vendors still require faxed documents like signed approvals or contracts, and I’d love to move this process fully digital.

Has anyone here integrated sending and receiving faxes online into their design or collaboration workflow, perhaps alongside Figma or other creative tools?

I’m curious which online fax platforms work best for designers or agencies, especially ones that maintain document quality and security. For example, how does Metrofax customer service compare to others? How do you handle these situations efficiently without disrupting your creative process?
