The system sent me an annual invoice, but our team has frequent personnel changes, so an annual billing plan is not suitable for us. Also, we don’t need 12 design seats. I would like to switch to a monthly billing plan, but I couldn’t find a way to do this on my own, so I contacted customer support via email. However, I still haven’t received any help or resolution so far.
