Hi,

Every time I restart my computer, a message indicating that Figma Agent has been installed displays.

Mac mini M2 (2023)

macOS Ventura 13.4.1

Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

Hey @Webvy, thank you for reaching out! Can you try clearing your desktop app’s cache and see if that helps?

You can clear the desktop app cache on a Mac in the Help menu under Troubleshooting.

To use the Terminal app to clear the cache.

  1. Quit the Figma desktop app.

  2. Open the Terminal.app and enter the following command: rm -rf “$HOME/Library/Application Support/Figma”

  3. Try opening the Figma desktop app again.

Please let me know if that solves your issue.

Hi,

I tried it but it doesn’t work.

The only solution I found is to uninstall Figma Agent, as I explained in my latest message (hidden temporarily by Akismet).

I’d suggest to contact our support team. Our technical quality team can investigate what’s causing this.

Ok, I already submitted a support request and I got no answer.

I can try again.

Thanks

Feel free to DM me your ticket number. I can escalate it to the teams.

I sent it again using the link you gave me, but I didn’t get any ticket number.
