Hello Figma Community,

I’m a student from [Your College Name] and I was using the Figma Education Plan. Recently, I was asked to re-verify my student status.

Unfortunately, my college server is not well-maintained, so SheerID could not verify me automatically. I tried uploading different documents (tuition fee receipt, class routine, etc.), but after several attempts, I now see the message: “Verification Limit Exceeded.”

Now I cannot submit any new documents or re-apply. I still have valid student status, but I don’t know how to continue the verification process.

👉 Can someone from the Figma team or community guide me on how I can:

  1. Reset my verification attempts, or

  2. Submit an official letter from my college confirming my enrollment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏
