Hey everyone,

I’m currently working on the mobile version of our underwater survival game, Subnautica, and we’re in the early stages of prototyping UI/UX flows in Figma.

The biggest challenge so far is adapting the immersive PC/console experience—inventory management, oxygen alerts, crafting, and 3D navigation—into a clean and intuitive mobile layout. I’ve been using interactive components and auto-animate to prototype key screens like the PDA, quick slots, and resource crafting menus, but syncing those interactions (especially multi-layer overlays and context-sensitive controls) is proving tricky. I’m also referencing tools like the (subnautica mobile version from Subnautica).

Has anyone tackled similar survival/exploration-based mobile UI in Figma? How do you handle complex HUDs or dynamic feedback elements like health/oxygen meters while keeping the interface clean and touch-friendly?

Would love to hear your workflows or plugin recommendations for simulating real in-game interactions—drag-to-equip, expandable menus, or toggle states during exploration.

Appreciate any tips or shared examples—thanks in advance
