With that said, can you give me some info? Did you reach out to the sales team using the ‘contact sales’ form?

Is the email address you currently have associated with your community profile the best one to contact you at?

Yes, I reached out using the contact sales form. I tried with this email which is our broader team’s email address, and my own individual email in case it was an issue on our end. 

Is the email address you currently have associated with your community profile the best one to contact you at?

Yes, this one is fine. I did take a look at that page and it was helpful. However, I had some other questions regarding payment specific to our situation. Would appreciate an email or call to discuss outside of this public forum. Thank you!
