Hi everyone,

I wanted to see if anyone else in the community has experienced this - or has advice on how to handle it. Since March 19, 2025, my Figma account has been charged for 5 seats, even though my seat approval settings were set to manual approval. I never received any requests to approve these extra seats, nor did I manually approve them.

So far, I’ve been charged $110 per seat for 4 months, totaling $440 for these unapproved seats. I’ve already contacted Figma support to request a refund, but I’m wondering:

  • Has anyone had a similar issue?

  • How was it resolved?

  • Is there anything specific I should show or send to support to make the process smoother (e.g., screenshots, invoice details)?

Any insight would be really appreciated!
