Hey everyone,

I've been really inspired by the new winter theme in the latest BGMI 4.1 update and decided to put together a small UI/UX concept in Figma exploring some ideas for the in-game event interface. I'm hoping to get some feedback from the talented designers here:

Concept Overview

The main idea was to create a more immersive and intuitive interface for the new "Frosty Funland" event. I focused on clean design principles while trying to capture the new wintery, penguin-themed aesthetic. The goal is a seamless user experience that feels integrated with the overall game design.

Key Features of the Redesign

  • Interactive Event Hub: A centralized hub for all event-related activities, featuring a dynamic 3D model of the new "Penguin Town."

  • Streamlined Mission Tracking: Redesigned the mission and progress layout to be more visual. I've used a card-based system for daily and weekly challenges, which I think is more scannable.

  • Themed Reward Showcase: A more engaging way to display the new Glacier Skins 2.0 and other themed rewards. I've experimented with some subtle parallax effects on the item previews.

  • Simplified Navigation: Reduced the number of clicks needed to access key event information. The navigation is now anchored to the side, making it accessible without leaving the main event screen.

Feedback Welcome

I'm particularly interested in your thoughts on the following:

  • Does the overall aesthetic feel consistent with the BGMI brand while still being fresh and exciting?

  • Is the layout intuitive? Are there any potential usability issues you can foresee?

  • Any suggestions for improving the visual hierarchy of the mission tracking cards?

I'm still new to game UI design, so any and all feedback would be incredibly helpful. Thanks for taking the time to check it out
