Adding two colors in one frame

Hey, I’m a beginner and there is a doubt regarding how I can use two solid colors in one frame. For eg in the below given picture I want to make that green and white color background together.

Add a fill to the frame, then create an object of the desired shape (triangle) and size with another fill and paste it inside the frame.

Apply a linear gradient to the frame and move the color stops close together to achieve a sharp border between the fills.
