I want to ask, I want to buy an Organization Plan.
I have a question to ask, for example I bought using email A, and I bought 3 seats. Does that mean there are 2 empty seats? and does A have access to add or delete users B and C? like an admin.
And also regarding the license, when I buy this for 1 year does that mean I have to renew it for the next year?

In Figma, the type of seat they have determines both their billing status and the actions they can take in files.
It depends on your organization settings, but if you have purchased 3 paid seats and A is the only paid seat member in that organization, then you would have 2 empty seats available.
If you’re an admin, you can see who’s being billed and you can manage that B and C seat type by navigating to the ‘File browser’ > ‘Admin’ > ‘Members’ tab.

Regarding renewing your annual plan, Figma will send reminders at 14 days and five days before the annual subscription is due to renew. This gives organization admins time to adjust the amount of full seats they want to include in their annual subscription.
