When I create FigJam file I don’t want to add it to any project (cause it stands outward any of them) but I need it to be visible for other users inside my team and company (so I can’t put it into drafts).

Can you maybe create it in your own project? Under your own team “Alexander_Ter-avakyan’s team”, i guess. Then share it to people you want by adding their mail address one by one.
Tell me if its works, otherwise it seems complicated.
