I’m trying out FigJam and have created a new file, but many of the options in the menu are greyed out. To be specific, when I select text in the file, but then go up to the Text menu, most of the options under Alignment and all of the options under Case and Adjustment are not available. Can anybody tell me why?

Is this happening both in browser and using the desktop app? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
- logging out and back in
- clearing your browser/desktop app’s cache
- un-installing and re-installing the desktop app, if applicable
