How can I manually order frames?

I saw a question about this but it hasn’t been answered. I have multiple frames on a page. I want them to present in a specific order when using the arrows in presentation mode, though that order doesn’t necessarily reflect the interaction order. (So clicking a button might jump two frames ahead in presentation mode.)

What is the logic behind the frame order? How can I manually control this?

I have the same issue. Viewers page through instead of play through, and are surprised to see things ‘out of order’ and thus make odd assumptions or think things are ‘broken.’
