Yeah, important notice, bug occurs only after importing a fig file from an old version (25) in my case
Same issue when using a file from an older vesion
I haven’t mentioned this specifically, as I have noticed it happens with other libraries as well. I think it’s an import/export issue, since the master file is perfectly fine.
Is this issue Variant styling changes when I copy-paste a component related with what it’s happening to us? Seems like they are experiencing out of sync results when pasting a component from a design system but with slight differences (colors vs paddings).
@Celine_Figma I’m having the same issue and was trying to submit a ticket using the form you posted but the link isn’t working for me?
Hi @Ben_Mettler , just double checking, have you clicked this link? https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001744374
Yea, it keeps trying to do the security check to verify that I’m a human and every time I check the box it just keeps reloading the same thing and never loads the form.
Any updates ?
Yea that’s the link I tried. I’ve tried multiple browsers with no luck.
Hmm it looks odd, it works on my end. Could you please try to clear your browser cache?
If not, you can send us an email directly to support@figma.com with all your attachments.
I just sent a support email.
@Celine_Figma I submitted a support ticket. Looking forward to hearing updates on this.
Hi all – Molly from the Figma engineering team here. We deployed a bug to our file importer last week that affected top and left padding for auto layout frames. The bug has been fixed as of yesterday evening, so if you re-import your file(s) you should see the correct paddings. Sorry for any disruption this may have caused!
That was really fast! Thank you for reporting back to us.
I’m still experiencing this bug. Has it been fixed for everyone else?
Did you try importing the file again?
