NO.
We are receiving a bill for 5 users that do not exist for our Organization plan.
On top of our actual use, we are billed for $45x5x12 = $2700 total loss for ghost users we don’t have. This is unfair and beyond. Possibly classified as illegal/theft in the EU. We will have to consult our legal departement and come back with the conclusion.

You claim that we agreed in our contract to pay for ghost seats. Highly doubtable and to be investigated, since we were charged fairly before this invoice. Here is proof. No ghost seats in previous invoice:
I sincerely hope there is enough legal ground in the US or EU Figma Inc. to be sued into fairness on short term. Worldwide design community doesn’t deserve to be treated this way.
