Refund Request for Unauthorized Charge

I’m really frustrated to see that a payment for 5 seats of Figma was deducted from my account without my approval. I did not intend to make this purchase, and there was absolutely no authorization from my side for this charge.

I demand an immediate refund for this unauthorized transaction and request that you cancel the subscription immediately. Also, remove my card details from your system. I only purchased a single seat, yet I was wrongly charged for 4 seats last month and now 5 seats this month. This is completely unacceptable, especially since my card is not supposed to be saved with you. How did this even happen?

I have already sent an email about this issue but have not received any response. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
