Can't publish plugin

Hello,

We have recently made changes to our Figma account in order to update the 2FA configuration.
However it is blocking us from publishing the new update for our plugin.
I tried emailing support@figma.com as suggested, then I received an automatic reply saying I won’t get any help because i’m on the starter plan: “Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you’re contacting us from a Starter account. Customers on this plan receive support through our Community Support Forum and Help Center.”

Can you please unblock us? It is quite urgent as we have a product delivery tomorrow.
