A week ago, we contacted the Figma Sales Team to request a quote for the following licenses for a one-year period:
3 Organization seats
3 Development seats
3 FigJam seats
Unfortunately, we haven’t received any response yet. We urgently need this information to proceed with the acquisition and for our procurement team to process the purchase.
Has anyone else experienced delays in getting responses from the Sales Team? Could someone please help us expedite this request or provide any advice on how to get a faster response?
