Support did not respond multiple times

We transferred our Figma to admin account, for some reasons it turned into organization plan, but it’s should be professional plan on account. Figma trying to charge 4+k$ instead of 500$ as we planned. If it was changed by accident so we want to cancel it.

I have sent multiple messages at https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

How can we cancel oranizational plan and turn it into professional?
