I embedded my first prototype in Figma Slides. It added the file easily enough. But I have 3 different flows in the prototype. I’m trying to queue up flow 2 or 3 but when I go to present it always shows the first flow. There’s a dropdown under Interaction in the right toolbar to choose any of the flows in the Slides interface. But it always presents the first flow no matter which flow I choose in that dropdown.
Hey @Curtis_Giberson, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed reply!
Are you still having issues switching between flows with embedded prototypes?
When you have the prototype selected, you should see the ability to switch between your flows in the right sidebar:
Try placing all of your prototype flows on the first page of the Figma file. This seems to fix the issue for us otherwise it will default to the first page only regardless of whether a prototype is present or not.
I can confirm - I am having the same issue. I built a slideshow about 2-3 weeks ago, with multiple different prototypes/flows embedded throughout. Now, when I load the slideshow, every single prototype only loads the first flow. I updated the software, restarted, restarted my OS, etc… nothing has corrected the issue
Were you able to get it to work by placing the prototypes on the top most page of the Figma file? This seems to consistently work as a solution for me so far.
I did this, yes … but I’d call that a work-around. Would rather have it working as it did before.
Im having the same issue. Even though I can switch flows in the sidebar, the flows in the slide will only display the first one after re-loading and I cant stop them from re-loading. Quite a shame since I spent multuple hours building the presentation for client and will have to re-do it elsehow. And placing the prototype into the first oage of Figma file does nothing for me unfortunatelly.
