Scrolling issue


I’m accessing a set of Figma prototypes created by a designer at our company (logging in via SSO).

I simply cannot scroll vertically (tried with my account on multiple laptops)… although others in my company dont have this issue… any tips would be appreciated!

Sorry to hear this. Is this happening both in browser and using the desktop app? Does doing the following troubleshooting help at all?

  • logging out and back in
  • clearing your browser/desktop app’s cache
  • un-installing and re-installing the desktop app
