Hi, Does anyone know how to remove FigJam from a paid plan? I’ve looked everywhere and can’t seem to find it. I’m worried about pressing the wrong button and being charged for something I don’t want. It shouldn’t be this difficult to find and amend; it feels like it’s buried somewhere. Thanks

Hey @Andy_C, thanks for reaching out! I completely understand how this could feel buried.

If you’re on an Enterprise plan, it’s not possible to remove FigJam as a feature completely, but you can restrict your current team’s usage of it by downgrading team members’ roles to “Viewer - restricted.” This would keep users from editing or creating new FigJam files in the team.

Here’s a quick guide to help you downgrade FigJam seats:

  1. From the file browser, click Admin in the left sidebar.
  2. If needed, click the dropdown menu next to the billing group name at the top of the page and select the correct billing group.
  3. If needed, click the Unassigned tab to review seats for people who are not assigned to a billing group.
  4. Click a column header to sort by ascending or descending values.
  5. Navigate to the person you’d like to manage and click their seat type for a product.
  6. Select a different seat type according to the options below.
  7. Click their current FigJam seat and select Viewer-restricted to downgrade them to a free FigJam seat and prevent them from editing FigJam files.
