Pin fixed position element left and right

When setting an element to “Fix position when scrolling” I can only pin an item to one side per axis. Nav elements typically go full width so they would benefit by having the ability to pin them left and right. I don’t understand why the frame loses its ability to flex left and right when fixed.

You can do this:

1. Uncheck Fix position when scrolling;
2. Set constraints Left and right horizontally;
3. Check Fix position when scrolling.

I still wonder why it’s not available when fix position is checked.
