we really need to be able to insert components from this new menu otherwise its pointless… i cant see any use for it apart from maybe calling up some plugin commands without having to navigate the menus

Is there a list of other shortcuts for non-US keyboards? Would LOVE one for send to back & Bring to front.

There is no official list from Figma as far as I know, I made a Figma prototype with the danish shortcut and the keys different from the official list. It might work for you if you are on a qwerty-keyboard layout?
The keys marked with red arrows are bring to front/back
