Good afternoon, I have a lot of files missing from my draft that I didn’t delete, I don’t have them in deleted files
is somebody gonna answer me?
Check all your team’s drafts, maybe they was moved there

I’ve checked all the teams, both profiles I work from, deleted files, logged out and logged back in, my files just disappeared
Do you have a link to any of this files? Maybe from browser history or you sent it to someone? What happens if try to open it?

Unfortunately I didn’t send the links of these projects to anyone, only I used them
I found a link to one project that has been and gone, but there is another important one that I don’t have a link to

Is it any chance that files was in a deleted team? Check your e-mail, maybe there is a link to restore it
They are not in the deleted teams, I checked by restoring them, also the files are not just in the deleted drafts, they are just gone
Sorry about that, i guess you need to wait an answer from support team, maybe they could find your lost files.

Hi there! Can you share the URL of the missing files and/or the project that had been gone? You can search for the link in your browser’s history, or ask collaborators who may have it. This would help us to locate your file in our backend.
Please also check in the “Deleted” section of your “Drafts to Move” folder to see if that helps:

the second project does not exist, I used it alone and did not share it with anyone;
I checked deleted in drafts to move, unfortunately there are no lost projects there
Thanks for the information! I’ve checked in the backend, I can see that the team “1” has been deleted at 2024-09-30.
The team owner of this team is Карина Бадина. If it is you, you have to restore the deleted team (or ask to the this team owner to restore it)
On the Professional plan, only the team owner can restore a deleted team.
Keep in mind that the team owner or admin has 28 days from the date of deletion to restore it. After that period, the team’s files and projects will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
If needed, here is the Help Center article for instructions on how to restore the team for the team owner. I hope this helps!
For the other file, unfortunately, without the URL of the file, or the name of file at least, I won’t be able to locate your file.
but I rebuilt team 1 and it doesn’t have that file.
and those files weren’t actually on the teams, they were individual draft picks.
