I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing to inquire about a billing discrepancy I have noticed regarding my Figma Professional Team Plan subscription. I initially subscribed to the plan with monthly payments starting on July 22, 2024. In July, I was charged KRW 23,404 (FIGMA MONTHLY); however, in August, I was charged KRW 45,266 (FIGMA MONTHLY), and in September, I was charged KRW 45,032 (FIGMA MONTHLY).
I have not invited any additional team members, and I am the only person using the plan. I would like to understand why there is a significant difference in the amounts charged between July and the subsequent months, as the charges for August and September are nearly double.
Could you kindly provide clarification on the reason for this price increase?

Unexpected additional editors usually occur when existing editors add other people into files to collaborate with can edit permission. You can invite with can edit or can view permissions. Here are a few resources about managing seats and team permissions.
To avoid unexpected charges in the future, I recommend:
- From the Members tab, change all the Viewer seats on your team (FigJam included) to Viewer-Restricted (a viewer-restricted seat is the same as the viewer seat, except people need to ask an admin to upgrade them to a paid seat.
- From the Settings tab, change the Default seat type to Viewer-Restricted (any new seats will then be Viewer-Restricted seats)
- From the Settings tab, access the Seat upgrade digests to receive email alerts about seat upgrades
Regarding seats:
- A viewer seat is a free seat. People can upgrade themselves to a paid seat by taking an upgrade action.
- A viewer-restricted seat is the same as the viewer seat, except people need to ask an admin to upgrade them to a paid seat.
- A full seat is a paid seat
