Figma support not responding

hello! I have been emailing support to help me with billing issues, but I still haven’t received any response. I canceled my plan because they might charge me again incorrectly. Please, can someone assist me? thank youu

For others in the community who may have a similar case with unexpected editors, to prevent unexpected charges, we recommend three things:

  1. From the Members tab, change the FigJam Viewer seat on your team to Viewer-Restricted (a viewer-restricted seat is the same as the viewer seat, except people need to ask an admin to upgrade them to a paid seat.
  2. From the Settings tab, change the Default seat type to Viewer-Restricted (any new seats will then be Viewer-Restricted seats)
  3. From the Settings tab, access the Seat upgrade digests to receive email alerts about seat upgrades

Regarding seats:

  • A viewer seat is a free seat. People can upgrade themselves to a paid seat by taking an upgrade action.
  • A viewer-restricted seat is the same as the viewer seat, except people need to ask an admin to upgrade them to a paid seat.
  • A full seat is a paid seat
