How best to share a Figma template with a community?

Hi there,

I have a client who has 200+ communities worldwide, and I’ve had the idea to make a simple template to share with them all, so that they can make a version of the brand mark with their own city image in it. We thought it would be a fun way to engage them with the new brand. (it’s a sector that will be familiar with Figma, but not everyone will have their own account.)

Initially, I thought we could publish the file to the Figma community, but I’ve realised as it’s quite a niche thing, it’s a bit strange to make it available to the whole Figma community?

Is there another way to bring them together on the same file, without us having to pay for them as editors on our account? Is there a way to share the link so that ‘anyone with link can edit’?

Any ideas?! Thanks!

If you don’t necessarily need to have access to the file you can share a link that will make them create a copy of the original file. So everyone will have their own copy and the possibility to make any kind of modification without worrying about rights.
