Our organization’s bill constantly creeps and it is a lot of work to ensure we’re only being billed for the seats we need.
Some improvements we’d like to see in the user experience:

Alert a user when adding a new editor to a file/project that it will increase the amount of the bill. Sometimes when you add a user they already have edit access so it doesn’t affect the total of the bill, but new email addresses it would.

Adding the ability to restrict existing editors from adding new email addresses (not already on the team) as editors to a project/file. Maybe the existing editor can request edit access on behalf of a new email address. This would send an alert/email to an admin of the organization who can then approve it.
