Drop shadow colour selection restricted to 'document colours' - NOW RESOLVED

THIS IS NOW RESOLVED

We seem to have lost the ability to select colours from various libraries when creating drop shadows. Previously there was a drop down where you could select ‘document colours’ or any of your published libraries. We’ve now lost this and its becoming painful selecting correct colours for drop shadows.

Can we get this back please?
