Downgrading organization to professional

What is the process for downgrading a team from org to professional? I know that you lose unlimited teams so we’ve proactively consolidated all of our projects and files into a single team. Are there other things we need to look out for?

Also, it seems like this isn’t self service. I sent a request to support but I’m not sure what the turnaround time on that looks like. We only have two days until our renewal date…
