I need help to downgrade from an Organizational plan that was accidentally acquired back to my regular Professional plan with monthly billing. I also would like to know if my projects will be kept safe and not loose access.
This is very important to my enterprise so any help would be greatly appreciated.

For others who may have similar questions, before the support team downgrade you, we want to make you aware of what you will lose:
- Security and administration features, which give you a sealed and consolidated Figma space where all assets (Files/Projects/Teams) created remain in the organization’s instance and can’t be removed without the Org Admin’s permission.
- Legally, your plan will no longer be governed by our Software Services Agreement (SSA). Pro plans are covered by our ToS only.
- Features such as Branching and Merging, Library Analytics, Organization-wide Libraries and Fonts, private Plugins, organization’s Community profile.
- Ability to create unlimited number of Teams within your Workspaces, with full access to features and full control over each Team at the admin level.
- SSO, SCIM, Activity Logs, and Link Access Controls.
- Ability to pay via invoice. Pro plans can only be paid for with debit/credit cards.
- Unused time left on your annual contract, which will not be refunded.
