How long does Figma support take to respond? Because even a year ago, the answer was within 2 hours, it is already close to 24 hours. Has Figma really optimized the support team in such a way that the capacity does not allow it to answer and react at the same speed as it was a year ago?
Last week it took exactly 5 hours until I got a respond regarding a bug report.
Currently I am also waiting for about 22h.
You just have to hit the right time

They are usually very responsive, perhaps during new launch (Dev Mode) they get a much higher volume and would take a little longer to respond.
Also generally they responds on social media (namingly x) for questions or concerns
