As a startup owner, staying up-to-date with the latest tools is crucial, and I’m still waiting to receive the new Figma UI update that many users have already got. Despite my excitement to explore the new features, the update hasn’t reached my account yet. I’ve checked for updates on my end but had no luck. There’s nothing special you need to do to gain access to UI3. The great news is that UI3 will be available to everyone on October 10!

Finally i got the new UI3, Thanks for the support but I can see the left and right bars still attach on top. You can see in the attach photo although i have seen there is no attachment in new UI3.

I can confirm that you are using UI3. We brought back the fixed panels on October 1st:
